TERMS & CONDITIONS
Every quotation, invoice, price list or other similar document made or issued by HT Fashion is made or issued subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions do not affect consumers statutory rights as contained in current legislation governing the relationship between consumers and businesses.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than HT Fashion LTD if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
The Company means HT Fashion. The Customer or you, means the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from the company.
Payment can be made using credit card, debit card or by PayPal (4% PayPal Transaction Fee will be added). There will be 2% Card Transaction fee added on Visa Commercial Credit/Debit Cards, Premium Cards, and any other Credit Cards.
Items in stock will be despatched immediately with delivery in 3 to 5 days.
All items will be delivered by well known couriers and will be insured and trackable. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Overseas Deliveries outside of the EU
Any customs duty, vat or other costs involved during delivery due to the country of purchase will be due by the receiver and will not be the responsibility of HT Fashion.
Damages and Shortages
The customer shall report any damage or shortage to the company and the carriers within 7 days of delivery. Provided prompt notice of transit damage or loss is given and provided it is proved to the company's satisfaction that such damage occurred in transit in the UK but not otherwise, the company will refund, repair or replace such equipment free of charge to the customer.
Ownership and Risk
The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
If you wish to return any faulty item you must contact us first and return the items by an insured postal method within 7 days. Returns are only accepted for faulty items during a 14 day period (from the date products were received), these will either be replaced if still in stock or if not then a credit note for the subsequent amount will be issued. We reserve the rights to reject a damaged item in case if we found that it wasn’t a production fault or items was damaged due to heavy usage.
All products returned should be in their original condition and packaging. We don’t replace or refund any product which has been used and we do not cover any delivery charges for faulty items that are returned to us. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure your parcel of returned product is prevented from any damage caused by deformation of transport packaging.
We do not accept any products that has been used by a customer and brought back as faulty item. Retailers need to ensure that the product is in saleable condition and inspect any prior faults before selling the product to a customer. In case if any faults found please contact us within 3 working days with a description and photo of the damaged item.
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
Please note any bags in clearance at £5.99 or less cannot be swapped or returned for refund as these are already at clearance price.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £20 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Company’s services and the full content of this website.

The company will not be liable for any breach of agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought , fire, legislation or other cause beyond the companies reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the company choose not to enforce a right under this agreement, that decision will not prevent the enforcement of other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.
Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
For all the orders outside UK (within the EU) and require VAT exempt, the customer must be VAT registered in their country and must provide the following:
- Company Name
- Company Address
- VAT number
Notification of Changes
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
